What I’m Learning About People

Yesterday, after coming back from my break, I got back to my usual routine of reading.
Here are a few things I learned about dealing with people:

• Don’t criticise, condemn, or complain.
  हर इंसान अपनी नज़रिये से चीज़ों को देखता है। इसलिए जज करने से पहले समझने की कोशिश करो।
• Give honest and sincere appreciation.
  लोगों को genuinely appreciate करना - बिना किसी मतलब के - is one of the simplest ways to build a genuine connection.
• Arouse in the other person an eager want.
  सर्फ अपनी बात मनवाने की कोशिश मत करो। पहले समझो कि सामने वाला क्या चाहता है, और फिर अपनी बात को उसके नज़रिये से पेश करो।
